Cancellation Policy
Please cancel within 48 hours.
Appointments canceled/rescheduled in less than 24 hrs are subject to a $40 fee
No shows will be charged and are responsible for paying the full service fee. Emergencies and sudden illness are the exceptions
Text and Email reminders are a courtesy. Clients are responsible for showing up for their appointments with or without reminders
Cell service is not 100% reliable sending text alerts. Please mark your own calendars and notifications as needed
Prepaid Services and Expiration Dates
Previously sold packages, gift certificates and all credits purchased before March 2023 are good for 1 year from date of purchase as previously advertised since inception and expire thereafter. All future gift certificates and credits sold after March 1st are good for 3 months and expire thereafter
Online Booking Rules
New Clients will need to prepay for their first online booking
You can reschedule or use any credit for future use if you need to cancel using the same email you booked the appointment with.
Emails are linked to individual clients. If you are booking for someone else, I will still need their email and phone number which you can add in a note for the appointment.
